Commencing at 10am with a performance by The Jazz Advocates , followed by more community ensembles, the day progresses towards a performance of collaborative improvisation by musicians, a DJ and visual artists, closing the show with rock acts The Second Glance and The Architects. In addition to the bands, there will also be spoken word poets and ongoing atmosphere provided by DJ Memetic . As always, Easel supports and promotes Amnesty International who will be present on this day to enlighten the public. A portion of all Easel proceeds are donated to Amnesty International.

Over fifty visual artists will be invited to showcase their works throughout the day at various locations around the park. The day will culminate with the erection of the world's largest easel, to be decorated by all who attend. The authentication of the record setting attempt will become official upon recognition by Guinness World Records Ltd.
